Villa Exotica is a perfect retreat for a romantic tropical
holiday with all the trimmings!
Your spacious yet intimate villa (completely separate,
free-standing building) is tucked into a lush, natural
jungle garden convenient to the Rancho Pacifico
Clubhouse complex - offering privacy, lots of room and
views to the ocean in front and mountains to the side.
Awaken in your lavish master suite with private, living
room sized terrace. Enjoy views directly from your King
bed through glass French Doors. Step out to the adjoining
terrace or spa deck to the outdoor shower (there are two
more showers inside the Master Suite bathroom as well).
Exchange "buenas dias" with the resident white face
monkeys in the nearby trees. Toucans, Parrots and
hundreds of other exotic birds sing in the sunshine.
Enjoy a full kitchen featuring custom stone counters and
full size refrigerator, microwave etc..
There are two bathrooms (one in the main part of the villa
and another adjoining the Master Suite (each is mostly
sunwashed beige stone with vessel sinks and modern
Italian faucets.) Your shower is a dream come-true;
plenty of room for two with 2 tropical rain shower
heads and doors that lead you to a private deck -
containing a third, outdoor shower area.
A large living room area is surrounded by
screen-windows and shutter style doors that open to the
views and sounds - or that can be closed for privacy.
Two comfortable chairs and Italian sleeper sofa accent
the living room.
There is an intimate dining table and 4 bar stools for
enjoying snacks and cocktails - or our renowned room
service in comfort.
Relax on the large, oceanview deck with Lounge Chairs
and adjacent lush "spa-garden" with in - ground, stone,
spring-water fed hot tub in a flowered grotto.
The villa is a spacious 1250+ sq. feet, and is surrounded
by tropical gardens containing red ginger, calla lilies and
