your plate? Well, that is what you will experience for dinner at our Whale's Tail Club.
To us, eating well means natural, abundant & beautiful - locally grown and raised organic
fruits and produce, grass-fed meats & poultry, the freshest seafood right from our front yard
and whole grains. We bake our own healthy breads, muffins, rolls, tortillas and afternoon
cookies. Our innovative tasting-menu style service includes a surprise blending of
traditional 4 courses, family-style tapas, and shared small dishes. Breakfast and lunch is
equally creative, healthy and beautiful.
For Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, you will enjoy creative tropical cuisine al fresco in
the dramatic Clubhouse patio dining room - serving only the 24 guests of Rancho
Pacifico. Preparation is handled by Chef Alex - one of Costa Rica's most outstanding
young chefs. His youthful exuberance shows on every plate and his preference for simple
and healthy is central to his creativity. Dinner at the Clubhouse is considered one of Costa
Rica's finest dining experiences; here's a sampling:
- Shrimp & Lobster Ceviche with Rainforest Mushrooms and Brocoli
- Parmesan Taco-fajita on shredded tri-color cabbage
- Grilled tenderloin or filet mignon - with garlic inglesa, guava sauce or bleu cheese
