ClubHouse Grill.

Every night we welcome you to a World-Tropcial culinary experience,  enjoying the
best of Tropical Cuisine with the flavors of Latin America, Asia and the Mediterranean.

Tropical, warm climates throughout the world feature succulent fruits, unusual
vegetables and distinctive spices.  Taking advantage of our local, organic bounty
you'll experience foods like Chayote, Green Mango, Baby Calamari, homemade
Ginger/Green Tea Ice Cream, Rainforest Mushrooms and many more - brought
together with  relaxed  "Casual Fine Dining" comfort and a variety of serving styles.  
Our surprise blending of Small Plate meals, Tastings, Tapas, Traditional 4 courses
and Buffet guarantees a tireless gastronomic panorama
. Full meals are less than $40.

We feature locally grown and raised organic fruits and produce,  grass-fed meats &
poultry, the freshest seafood right from our front yard (among the Pacific's most
mercury free waters) and whole grains. We bake our own healthy breads, muffins,
rolls, tortillas and afternoon cookies.   Breakfast and lunch are ala carte - and equally
creative, healthy and beautiful.  

Preparation is handled by Chef Alex - one of Costa Rica's most  recognized,
outstanding young chefs - and his  3 Sous Chefs (Juan, Dyana and David).  Their
youthful exuberance shows on every plate and their preference for simple and
healthy is central to their creativity.

Plates are hearty and comfortable - but impeccably presented and complex.  For five
years, our guests have been raving about the nightly surprise they experience at the
Grill.  Their experience proves that dining at the Club is a new venture every night.   
Dinner at the Clubhouse is considered one of Costa Rica's finest culinary
experiences; the all-natural ingredients we utilize come together into flavorful,
tropical-region dishes.  Because our menu changes everyday, here is a sampling of
some of the Dinner Starters, Entrees and Deserts as well as a few Lunches:

  • Whole, sauteed baby calamaris filed with garlic-vegetable melange atop

    cousocous and raisins, Spanish-style meatballs (lamb) with mint and Roasted

  • Grilled Tenderloin or Filet mignon - with garlic inglesa, or guava sauce

The Whale's Tail Bar features a reasonably
priced wine collection acquired from
boutique Spanish, Chilean and Argentinian
wineries - not common in the U.S.  In
addition, boutique rums, tequilas, and Costa
Rica's premier premium vodka collection.

Cocktails are as fresh as they are unique like
Pineapple-Basil Martini, Noche de
Cartegena, Kiwi Daiquiri, Blue Thai Mojito,
Key Lime Martini and lots more.
