We suppose that size is a logical measure when one thinks of a building which must be of a
certain dimension in order to house the usual amenities one finds at a spa; steam, sauna,
therapy rooms, lounge, lockers etc.

As dictated by our idyllic natural environment, Rancho Pacifico has taken a road less travelled.
And while you will find similar amenities as you would at any world-class spa - you'll find them
in let's say, a more interesting setting than a traditional spa building.

To begin, at Rancho Pacifico you will have a number of choices regarding where you would
like to receive treatments:

If you are staying in one of our villas, you can choose from numerous decks, pool-sides, your
spa garden, bedroom or terrace. In our spa suites, choose the outdoor spa terrace or large
bedroom. And if in our Lodge suites, you can choose your terrace or bedroom. Unlike other
spas that charge a 50% or more premium for "massage in your room", at Rancho Pacifico we
are happy to come to you - no extra charge!

To mix things up, you have other choices. Like our one of a kind treetop treatment center -
with an incredible ocean view. Our new mountainside spa complex - a cantilevered series of
bamboo-roofed tropical decks hidden in the rainforest. To add to the pleasure of your
treatment, here you can also enjoy the outdoor shower areas and relaxation deck with Italian
loungers overlooking a vista you will never forget. And no, that jungle soundtrack is NOT a CD.

In a private nook near the main pool you will find a unique infinity edge hot pool. As you relax
in its swirling spring water you gaze mesmerized across its edge at 2000 square miles of blue
Pacific.
